SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

 

We ship items WORLDWIDE from Singapore mainly via DHL ecommerce, DHL EXPRESS (via email request).

We offer FREE SHIPPING with a minimum spend however, please note that it has no tracking. You will NOT be able to track your order and this runs the risk of a lost parcel. A PROOF of SHIPPING receipt will be available upon request.

Parcels with Tracking: You should receive an email from DHL and be able to track your parcel here. The matter can only be escalated to the shipping company after 45 days, so emailing us before that is not that useful.

* APPROXIMATE $1 SGD is approximately $0.75 USD, Payments are accepted in SGD (Singapore dollar) and USD.
Why SGD? Singapore is a country with a stable currency and we do this for tax purposes. We then can pass on  tax savings on to you.

Orders will be processed within 2 days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – PLEASE NOTE:

Your order is shipped out within 48 hours (most likely within 12 hours) for ready-to-wear.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of custom clearance.

Due to customs delays and other delays outside of www.balletlove.co’s control, international orders can take up to 2 months to arrive (and from our experience, most places usually 1 month, and in big cities it is usually much faster such as in LA and New York, customers may receive their packages in 5 days).

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where yoru delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

THE PROCESS

Please direct all “Where’s my parcel?” inquiries to DHL for international mail. It usually takes 3-5 days to reach your country. Your parcel then clears custom and goes into your city’s mail distribution centers. Delays are usually due to processing times there beyond our control. We have tracked over 1000 orders and we have found this to be the case. Thus, for international orders taking longer than usual to arrive, contact DHL and we kindly ask that you wait at least 6 weeks before contacting us about your order.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

DHL EXPRESS

If you require something urgently, do email us orders@balletlove.co and we can arrange an EXPRESS option for you. This is subject to availability of course.
