Orders will be processed within 2 days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – PLEASE NOTE:

Your order is shipped out within 48 hours (most likely within 12 hours) for ready-to-wear.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. Incorrect and/or missing information causes delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of custom clearance.

Due to customs and other delays outside of our control, international orders can take up to 2 months to arrive (most places take about 1 month however in big cities, customers may receive their packages in about a week).

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service like your regular mail.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability. We will contact you to re-arrange shipping again.
